It is overwhelming. It is horrific. Research shows we are less able to engage when more people are attacked, especially when attacks are particularly horrific.

Your response is natural, but you can send an email and share the message in 3 minutes. A tiny moment of your day makes you part of the movement against the deliberate starvation of children. You will help people you know to stand in solidarity, building a community who demand our government follow international law and stop genocide.

You’ve taken action because you care about children; you realise deliberate starvation can never be justified. But you feel awkward about sharing with others. By sharing this message you’re helping people to take action, to be part of the solution. Anyone receiving this message has been identified as the sort of person who will refuse to look away, who will stand in solidarity against a genocide.

Congratulations, people think you’re the sort of person who takes action to stop children being starved. And you know people who also take action - this is great! You might reply that you’ve already taken action… or check in case there’s anyone else you can share the message with.

Multiple messages show how connected we are. Even better it’s a sign that our movement is working and we are reaching more people.

Unless you have a time machine the best time to take action is now. It’s never too late to take action to protect the most vulnerable in society. The horrors in Gaza are almost unimaginable, it can feel overwhelming.

Western media is only now showing what Palestinians have been reporting for nearly two years. You’ve seen the images, the lies and justifications. You can take action now to call for an end to this genocide

The primary purpose of this movement is enabling people to take their first action for Palestine. People may feel uncertain about writing to their MP to demand action, so the wording has been kept deliberately low-key in the hope of getting the maximum number of emails sent.

But MPs work for you! So if you feel able to be more assertive, either amend the text or click the ‘Email Now’ box at the top of the page for Humanti’s brilliant email.

It’s never too late to take action to save a child.

We need to stand in solidarity and support all of the incredible Palestinian men and women. The medics, the journalists, the humanitarian workers, the old, the young… all have gone through unimaginable horrors, all deserve your support. But starvation affects the smallest and most vulnerable first. Children who should be growing will alway suffer most severely.

Starving children can never be justified. Hopefully you will take more actions supporting Palestine, but everyone can take 3 minutes to stand against the starvation of children.

Absolutely true that the situation is awful, but that is why each and every one of us needs to do what we can. If everyone contacts their MP and shares the message, UK government cannot ignore us. We are not saving or rescuing Palestinians - we are calling on our government to take action to stop war crimes.

Our government must take action to stop supporting genocide, ethnic cleansing, illegal occupation, deliberate targeting of schools, hospitals, civilians… and countless other war crimes committed by Israel.

This is a humanitarian action. By taking action you will be joining the countless Jewish people and groups standing in solidarity with Palestine. Israel constantly claims any criticism of them is antisemitic - even as they publicly state plans to ethnically cleanse Palestine.

Antisemitism is real and must be challenged wherever it occurs. It is not antisemitic to take action against deliberate starvation of children, genocide, apartheid and other crimes against humanity.

Judaism is a religion and a cultural identity, while Zionism is a political ideology focused on Jewish nationalism and statehood. Zionists may be Jews, Hindus, atheists and even some Muslims.

Israel claims to act on behalf of Jews. This is not true. Jewish people have been at the forefront of fighting Zionism for many decades.

On 28 February 2026 Israel closed all borders again. This action resulted in children starving to death in 2025. This followed months of only allowing people in Gaza to receive a fraction of minimum essential aid agreed in October 2025.

Israel has launched lethal attacks on Palestinians every day since 2023. The promised ceasefire in October 2025 never happened. Attacks on civilians have continued daily, including targeting children, healthcare workers and journalists. Although some food was allowed to enter, it was only a fraction of what is neededIsrael severely restricted essential aid including food and medications.
