Israel has deliberately engineered a famine in Gaza. The United Nations describesit as, "a nightmare of historic proportions." But you can help make a difference with just 3 minutes of your time.

EMAIL TEXT: Dear Mr/Ms (MP name),

I am writing to you about the increasingly dangerous situation for civilians in Gaza - including more than one million children. More than one year since the Gaza “ceasefire”, a Palestinian is killed or wounded by Israel every 79 minutes.

Since the so-called “ceasefire” agreement took effect on 10 October 2025, 1,471 Palestinians have been killed and 5,189 wounded in Israeli attacks. Amnesty International and more than 100 other organisations count at least 327 children among the dead, almost one a day.

Right now, Israel keeps its troops inside Gaza, expands the territory it controls, kills people near a line it draws and moves, and decides what aid and shelter may enter. This false label of “ceasefire” silences the ongoing violence and oppression of an entire population. Gaza was overcrowded and described as an ‘open air prison’ long before October 2023. Ending this suffering means confronting the occupation and apartheid, the ideology that sustains them, and the institutions and propaganda that allow Israel to continue its crimes.

Like the majority of the British public, I do not support the UK continuing to supply arms and military intelligence to Israel as it commits genocide against more than 1 million children. I respectfully ask the UK to urgently take the following steps:

• Impose full, comprehensive sanctions on Israel – not solely settlements

• Enforce a complete two-way trade embargo, ending all import and export activity

• Immediately end all arms sales and intelligence cooperation, including the supply of F35 parts and lethal drones

• Ensure unimpeded access for aid and humanitarian organisations across Palestine

• Demand an end to the illegal occupationthe humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
